A Multi-Disciplinary Approach to Mental Health


The mental exercises of MyndGym were created by mental health coach Nick Macaluso.

Mental exercises are brief tasks that require you to concentrate on 
accomplishing a certain mental goal.

By combining the principles of sports medicine, mindfulness meditation, and psychology, MyndGym offers a unique method of mental exercise that puts you in control of your mind and its relationship to your body.

Based on the model of change followed by physical therapists and personal trainers, the MyndGym MTM helps you train your mind the same way you would train your body.

The four unique phases of the MTM are personalized to your current mental and emotional way of being, and systematically train you towards achieving any mental, emotional, or behavioral goals you have.
